Spa Attendant - Hydrotherapy Treatments (m/w/d)

Tasks & Challenges

• Carrying out hydrotherapy treatments in accordance with the techniques, procedures and standards of the Chenot method and the guidelines established by Chenot: All necessary trainings will be done on the job during the onboarding period

• Following the instructions of the medical department and adapting treatments and procedures accordingly

• Organising daily tasks and work in synergy with the rest of the hydrotherapy team

• Compliance with hygiene standards as well as health and safety regulations

• Recommendations and additional sales

Qualifications & Competences

• Initial professional experience and experience in the luxury hotel industry

• Very good English skills (written and spoken). Other languages are considered a plus.

• Excellent manners.

• Ability to explain treatments and services to guests in detail.

• Efficient, well-organised and able to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.

• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated

• Strong team player

• Ability to focus on guests' needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times

• Flexibility in the event of short-term schedule changes due to operational requirements

• Practical experience with hydrotherapy techniques; other holistic therapies are considered a plus
