But the system needs help to set itself up for the future of the new millennium. We want to support in driving this change and create a digital platform for a new kind of primary care that puts the doctor-patient relationship back at the center.
We are searching for a candidate who can help us raise awareness of Dental21 and Patient21 clinics by skillfully planning and executing data-driven marketing campaigns. This individual will also ensure that our clinics are equipped with all necessary marketing assets, from business cards to flyers, displays, and merchandise, while working closely with designers to produce visually compelling materials that resonate with our target audience.
Your mission:

Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and acquire new patients for Dental21 & Patient21 clinics

Collaborate with clinics’ teams to identify their marketing needs, ensuring they have all necessary assets, including flyers, displays, and merchandize

Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic teams, providing guidance and support in their marketing efforts

Create and manage creative briefs, demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to effectively communicate design requirements to graphic designers and motion designers

Develop strong copywriting for marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and adherence to brand guidelines

Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results and achieve KPIs

Collaborate with other team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints

Be open to occasional business travels across Germany
Your talent:
-
Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Communications or a related field

3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns

Strong operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in developing creative briefs and managing creative partners

Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for aesthetics

Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

German native, English C1+
